Prince’s life in Hair!

We were shocked and saddened to hear the news of Prince’s death last week, and have been known to play his iconic songs in the salon, especially Purple Rain.

We saw an article on Daily Mail online with Prince’s life in hair, and felt we had to repost as a tribute. Illustrator Gary Card created various drawings of the legend’s hairstyles spanning 35 years – we all know Prince was as famous for his distinctive style as he was for his music.

You can see a variety of hairstyles including curls, a big blow dry, a quiff, and afros!

Bronde – the new trend for 2016

Move over ombre, its time for the new hair trend – BRONDE. It’s not blonde, it’s not quite brunette either, it’s the inbetweeny colour. And we love it.

This flattering, sun-kissed colour suits everyone and is super natural. Your hair colourist should only go two or three shades lighter than your natural colour, and is perfect for someone who has dark hair but is worried about going blonde.

Fancy it? Call us to book in for a consultation 01702 330707.
